History
With the construction of the Fun Park Zermatt (Switzerland) and the goal of making small kids happy, Jacques and Vincent started to design, develop and test a completely new belay system in year 2006. This innovative solution is the result of expertise in industry & cable car technology combined with extensive field experience in aerial adventure parks.
This belay system was launched into the market in 2009 and, since then, demand has constantly increased. In the meantime, with the introduction of new complementary products, a complete solution is offered, based on innovation, simplicity and high value.
KANOPEO GmbH was set up to develop and produce the unique continuous belay system Saferoller® - successor to the first generation Speedrunner® - Top quality, made in Switzerland, low-weight, high-tech equipment that improves safety significantly while reducing operating costs substantially.
